Shipping Information

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Return requests must be submitted before sending the item back.

For health, wellness, hygiene, and personal care products, opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned unless they are defective or received incorrectly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used wellness, health, or personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ewellnesshub.co.nz and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and provide a suitable solution, including a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@ewellnesshub.co.nz to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@ewellnesshub.co.nz.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delivery delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control and are not grounds for automatic refunds.
